Feli-X (pronounced "felix") is a a compact and powerful solution for viewing and browsing organized web portals! With Feli-X, it's possible to deliver a pre-built organized set of URL's in a tabbed matrix interface. Feli-X files (Reader) are created and exported by Optimal Desktop (Writer). Each file contains a set of Cabinets, with associated Drawer and Section tabs. Each Section window allows or quick browsing of pages in in dependent Page windows.
